As previews begin for Timothy Sheader's production of To Kill a Mockingbird this evening, Regent's Park Open Air Theatre announce full casting for the 2013 season.
On Saturday 6 April, MAMMA MIA! celebrated its 14th birthday in London and now enters its 15th year. The show has also extended its booking period to 5 April 2014.
Helen Hobson will return to the role of Donna Sheridan in the global smash hit musical MAMMA MIA! from tonight, Monday 24 September, less than three weeks after the musical, now in its 14th year in London, has transferred from the Prince of Wales Theatre to its new home in the Novello Theatre.
The new cast of West End's MAMMA MIA! appeared at the Prince of Wales Theatre, and has now moved to its new home at the Novello Theatre from 6 September 2012. The new cast includes Gary Milner, real-life wife Sally Ann Triplett, Neil Roberts as Harry Bright, James Gaddas as Bill Austin, Charlotte Wakefield as Sophie Sheridan, Andreas Gyllander as Sky, Abiola Ogunbiyi as Ali, Tasha Taylor Johnson as Lisa, Steven Oliver as Pepper and Liam Doyle as Eddie. At certain performances, the role of 'Donna Sheridan' will be played by Claire Poyzer. Joanna Monro and Kim Ismay will continue as Rosie and Tanya respectively. Philippine-based ABS CBN lifestyle program host and entertainment reporter MJ Felipe recently flew all the way to Zurich, Switzerland to meet and conduct a behind-the-scenes tour with MAMMA MIA's international touring company's stage manager, James Anderton and its cast. The touring production marked its 2,000th performance on the road in Zurich last November; its next stop is the Cultural Center of the Philippines, with limited engagement performances from January 24 to February 12.
