Brian May has shared a new and innovative video of “On My Way Up,” one of the highlights of his second solo album, 1998's Another World. The clip marks the release of the album in Brian's Gold Series, featuring the remastered original album alongside remixes, rarities and live tracks in the 2CD and box set formats.
Restored by Bob Ludwig, the album will be reissued in multiple formats, including 1-CD and – on 180g heavyweight black vinyl – 1-LP versions. The 2CD Deluxe set adds Another Disc (mastered by Adam Ayan), while a 2-CD + 1-LP Collector’s Edition includes both CDs and a sky-blue vinyl LP in a 12” lift lid box, with a 32-page booklet and enamel badge.
Internationally renowned actor, writer, singer, producer, and director Ray Shell comes home with the premiere of Ray Shell: Phoenix. Directed by Michael Boyd, this intimate evening of music celebrates Ray's resurrection in New York after more than 30 years on West End stages, including his breakthrough as Rusty in the original London cast of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Starlight Express, plus starring roles in Five Guys Named Moe, Blues in the Night, The Bodyguard, The Lion King, among several productions. Following the announcement that Anthony Biggs will be standing down from his role as Artistic Director this summer, Jermyn Street Theatre announces his final season from April to July 2017.
It was announced today that Anthony Biggs will step down as Artistic Director of leading Off West End venue Jermyn Street Theatre this summer to pursue new projects, after nearly five years in the post. His final production will be the UK Premiere of Maxim Gorky's The Last Ones, in a revised translation by Cathy Porter, which will play 6th June-1st July.
