Piper Perabo Leads John Pollono's LOST GIRLS, Beginning Tonight at MCC Theater

MCC Theater presents the New York premiere of John Pollono's LOST GIRLS. Golden Globe nominated star of stage and screen, Piper Perabo-who recently completed five seasons of the USA's popular drama series 'Covert Affairs' for which she received a Golden Globe Award nomination, and was last seen onstage in the Broadway and MCC Theater productions of Neil LaBute's Reasons to be Pretty-stars alongside Ebon Moss-Bachrach (HBO's 'Girls'), Meghann Fahy (Next to Normal), Tasha Lawrence (Good People, The Whale), and newcomers Lizzy DeClement and Josh Green.

California Repertory Company to Present FAR AWAY

CSULB Theatre Arts Department's California Repertory Company is thrilled to present Far Away, written by Caryl Churchill and directed by Trevor Biship. Playing Friday, November 12th through December 5th, Far Away is a timely and thought-provoking work set in a government-controlled dystopia, following a young woman as she becomes an adult and struggles to understand the world around her.

New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) has announced an extension for FONDLY, COLLETTE RICHLAND, the first production of the New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) 2015/16 Season. FONDLY, COLLETTE RICHLAND began previews on Friday, September 11, 2015 and officially opened on Monday, September 28, 2015 at New York Theatre Workshop (79 E. 4th Street New York, NY 10003), and will now run through Saturday, October 24 2015. Tickets for LAZARUS, the second production of the New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) (Artistic Director James C. Nicola and Managing Director Jeremy Blocker) 2015/16 Season, will go on sale today beginning at 12pm EST. Single tickets for LAZARUS are $95.  New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) has announced the full cast for LAZARUS, by David Bowie and Enda Walsh (Once, Tony Award), inspired by the novel The Man Who Fell to Earth by Walter Tevis, and directed by Ivo van Hove (Hedda Gabler, More Stately Mansions, Obie Awards). LAZARUS begins previews on November 18, with an opening night set for December 7, 2015.

Ria Parry will direct Patti Love in the title role of Rebecca Lenkiewicz's Jane Wenham: The Witch of Walkern. The world premiere production, from Out of Joint, Watford Palace Theatre and Arcola Theatre in association with Eastern Angles, will tour the UK from September 2015 to January 2016.

Dry Land was greeted with ecstatic reviews and queues around the block when it premiered at the Here Arts Center in New York a year ago. The production prompted revered New York Times critic Ben Bradley to award it a glowing five star review in which he described the work as 'tender, caustic, funny and harrowing, often all at the same time'. Nominated for the prestigious Susan Blackburn award and heaped with praise, the 21 year old Ruby Rae Spiegel was named a 'fearless' writer who could expect a glittering career ahead.
