ABC New Year's Eve Primetime (8-11pm – 9.1 million and 2.6/9 in AD18-49): With its New Year's Eve line-up, ABC finished a dominant #1 on the evening

From 11:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m., 'NBC's New Year's Eve with Carson Daly' (5.2 rating, 11 share in metered-market households) is up 6 percent versus last year's 4.9/11, to match the annual special's highest rating ever in its nine years on the air.

“The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” and encore performances of “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” defeated their ABC and CBS timeslot competition in all key demos and total viewers for the week of Dec. 16-20.

An encore telecast of “Dateline NBC” (1.1/4 in 18-49, 6.3 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) won the time period among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, adults 25-54, adults 18-34, total viewers and all key adult-female demos. “Dateline” reported NBC's biggest overall audience in the time period in three weeks (since Dec. 6) and equaled the network's highest 18-49 rating in the slot over that span.

An encore telecast of 'The Women of SNL' (1.3/4 in adults 18-49, 4.0 million viewers overall from 9-11 p.m. ET) won the two-hour time period among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49, adults 18-34, adults 25-54 and other key demos.

From 8-11 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of the 1946 movie classic 'It's a Wonderful Life' (1.1/4 in 18-49, 4.7 million viewers) ranked #2 for the night among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49 and total viewers and tied for #1 in adults 25-54 and all key adult-male demographics..

From 8-10 p.m. ET, the finale of 'The Sing-Off' (1.3/4 in adults 18-49, 5.2 million viewers overall) tied for #1 in the time period among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49

From 8-11 p.m., an encore telecast of the 1946 movie classic 'It's a Wonderful Life' (1.1/4 in 18-49, 5.4 million viewers) jumped 38% versus the most comparable year-ago telecast in 18-49 (1.1 vs. a 0.8 on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012) and grew 29% or 1.2 million persons in total viewers (5.371 million vs. 4.177 million). Versus NBC's year-ago 8-11 p.m. average for the Friday before Christmas, 'It's a Wonderful Life' is up 38% in 18-49 (1.1 vs. 0.8 for Friday, Dec. 21, 2012) and up 23% or 1.0 million persons in total viewers (5.371 million vs. 4.376 million).

'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” and “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” have dominated the broadcast competition for the late-night ratings week of Dec. 9-13.

From 8-10 p.m. ET, “The Sing-Off” (1.6/5 in 18-49, 5.4 million viewers overall) tied for #1 in the time period in adults 18-49 among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox.

NBC dominated the night among the Big 4 in 18-49, with “The Voice” the #1 show of the night by a 39% margin (3.9 vs. 2.8 for the #2 show, CBS's “NCIS”).

'The Sing-Off' ranked #1 in the time period versus original competition on ABC and CBS in every key ratings category: adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers.

On last night's final round of competition of NBC's THE VOICE, Jacquie Lee, the last remaining contestant on Coach Christina Aguilera's team, belted out her version of 'And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going', from Broadway's 'Dreamgirls.'

On last night's THE VOICE on NBC, coach Adam Levine, faced with two of his singers in the final three, chose to throw his support to Tessanne Chin. The gesture however, was a slight to Levine's other mentoree Will Champlin.
