Dancer Freddie Huddlestone climbs the side of the Dominion Theatre stage then taps - upside down - across the ceiling and back down the other side of the stage at WEST END HEROES at the Dominion Theatre. The amazing routine, choreographed by Matt Flint, was the highlight of STEP IN TIME, a high-energy tap dance tribute by The West End Heroes Dancers, to Disney's Mary Poppins, which this year is celebrating 50 years since its release. Britain's Got Talent winners Collabro are today announced as the headline act at the 2014 West End Heroes gala concert at the Dominion Theatre on Sunday September 28. The chart-topping group - the fastest selling new British band of 2014 - will be perfoming a song from their No1 debut album Stars.

The annual charity soccer match featuring West End stalwarts from two long-running staples, LES MISERABLES and THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, along with numerous notable soccer stars playing side by side occured this weekend and PHANTOM won the match.

Daniel Koek, star of the West End production of Les Miserables - recently playing the title role of Jean Valjean, launched his new album 'HIGH' last month, on the 7 July at the Elgar Rooms at the Royal Albert Hall.

It's been a frantic fortnight for Emma Hatton, the Elphaba standby for Wicked in London. With Willemijn Verkaik leaving the show earlier than expected and Kerry Ellis going back into green in August, that means a short notice two-week run for Hatton - and she's also preparing for a concert version of song cycle Edges in the Delfont Room on August 1st.

We popped down to see Carrie Hope Fletcher, Emma Hatton and Niall Sheehy in rehearsal for Edges, which they'll be performing in concert with co-star Michael Vinsen next month!

Joining the company are: Peter Lockyer as 'Jean Valjean'; David Thaxton as 'Javert'; Tom Edden as 'Thenardier'; Celinde Schoenmaker as 'Fantine'; Michael Colbourne as 'Enjolras' and Emilie Fleming as 'Cosette'.
