Niecy Nash and Cheyenne Jackson hosted the show, with appearances and performances by Paula Abdul, Mena Suvari, Kelly Osbourne, Peter Gallagher, Ryan McPartlin, Johnny Weir, Aisha Tyler, Kristin Cavallari, RuPaul, Snooki and Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino, Janice Dickinson, Perez Hilton, Alec Mapa, Candis Cayne, Lolene, Ross Mathews,Kylie Minogue, Jesus Luz, the drag queens of 'RuPal's Drag Race,' and Jessica and Hunter.
