Chris Mohr's music drama will receive its first workshop production in New York City on May 2nd and 3rd, 2013 at the historic Theatre at the Riverside Church under the artistic direction of director/choreographer Jeremy Williams. Williams is creating the original staging and choreography in collaboration with the cast and production team as a dance-theatre spectacle. Set to the 1998 recording by the National Symphony and Chorus of Ukraine the workshop explores the story of Mohr's epic tale through movement, dance, and physical acting.

Florida Grand Opera (FGO) has announced a new three-year program entitled 'Unexpected Operas in Unexpected Places,' designed to bring less-known works to unique venues throughout South Florida in an effort to expose new audiences to opera, with the support of a grant from the John S. and James L.
