Today, Showtime announced the renewals of its Emmy and Golden GlobeAward-winning series HOMELAND and the critically-acclaimed drama MASTERS OF SEX for their fourth and second seasons respectively. Both series are set to return in 2014 with 12 one-hour episodes. HOMELAND airs on Sunday nights at 9 p.m. ET/PT, followed by MASTERS OF SEX at 10 p.m. ET/PT on SHOWTIME. The announcement was made today by David Nevins, President of Entertainment, Showtime Networks Inc.

SHOWTIME is marking the premiere of its new original drama series MASTERS OF SEX with an innovative and interactive exhibition, open to the public daily in Manhattan's Openhouse Gallery from September 20 to September 29. This effort, a first of its kind for the network, offers visitors a unique look into the lives and groundbreaking work of human sexuality research team and real-life couple, Dr. William Masters and Virginia Johnson. In a live, bricks and mortar setting, SHOWTIME will propel interest, awareness and excitement for Masters and Johnson's pioneering work, which still has relevance today, by allowing audiences to see and experience elements of the series firsthand.

Showtime's Masters of Sex has seduced Allison Janney. Janney is officially set for a five-episode arc on the premium network's upcoming drama, starring Michael Sheen and Lizzy Caplan, who will portray the real-life pioneers of the science of human sexuality, William Masters and Virginia Johnson.

Nicholle Tom has joined the cast of Masters of Sex in a recurring role, the series, an adaptation of Thomas Maier's book, stars Michael Sheen and Lizzy Caplan as real-life pioneers of the science of human sexuality, William Masters and Virginia Johnson, and chronicles their unusual lives, romance and pop culture trajectory. Tom will play Maureen, the more established figure at the brothel. She is not happy to be asked to volunteer to be part Dr. Masters (Michael Sheen) medical demonstrations. Maureen is comfortable with her sexuality. She is not afraid to speak her mind.

New York based actress Helene Yorke is set for the new Showtime drama series, Masters of Sex. Yorke (30 Rock, A Gifted Man), who was featured in the pilot episode, will now recur throughout the first season. An adaptation of Thomas Maier's book, Masters stars Michael Sheen and Lizzy Caplan as William Masters and Virginia Johnson, real-life human sexuality research scientists. Also a notable theater actress, Yorke will continue her role as Jane, one of the pair's primary subjects in their experiments.
