In honor of 1976, the year in which the Oscar-winning film was released, ROCKYwill offer a $76 ticket to a select number of preview performances. ROCKY begins previews February 11, 2014 and officially opens on March 13, 2014.

TERRENCE ARCHIE, who originated the role of Apollo Creed in the world premiere Hamburg production, will reprise his role for Broadway; his final performance in Hamburg will be November 24. DAKIN MATTHEWS will play Rocky's trainer, Mickey, and DANNY MASTROGIORGIO will play Adrian's brother, Paulie. They join previously announced cast members ANDY KARL and MARGO SEIBERT as Rocky and Adrian.

Actress/author Lisa Soland recently announced the publication of her first children's book, The Christmas Tree Angel. Soland, who was an apprentice at the Burt Reynolds Institute for Theatre Training before moving to Tennessee, is now a teacher and director in the theatre department at Maryville College. Bethany Badeaux, an art student at Maryland College, drew the illustrations for The Christmas Angel.
