ArtsWest announces their 2016-2017 season, UNCHARTED. See full details below!

ArtsWest Artistic Director Mathew Wright has announced his second season, running September 2016 through July 2017. Opening with acclaimed dramatist Terrence McNally's MOTHERS AND SONS, the six production season will include the magical story telling of PETER AND THE STARCATCHER based on the novel by Dave Barry & Ridley Pearson; an Olivier Award winning new adaptation of Henrik Ibsen's GHOSTS; a piercing glimpse into the teen-age world in Kirsten Greenidge's MILK LIKE SUGAR; Byrony Lavery's unflinching drama FROZEN; and the Stephen Sondheim musical thriller SWEENEY TODD.

Manhattan Theatre Club, in partnership with the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, announces the upcoming Sloan Panel Discussion on INCOGNITO, which will be held following the Tuesday, May 17 performance of the play at MTC at New York City Center-Stage I (131 West 55th Street), and is open to anyone attending the evening's performance.

The first ever large-scale stage production of Evelyn Waugh's classic novel Brideshead Revisited, adapted by Bryony Lavery, will launch next week in the 50th anniversary year of Waugh's death, presented by English Touring Theatre. Huntington Theatre Company, the 2013 recipient of the Regional Theatre Tony Award and Boston magazine's Best Theatre of 2013 and 2014, announces that playwright Bryony Lavery's acclaimed adaptation of Henrik Ibsen's A Doll's House will complete its 2016-2017 Season. The adaptation of this iconic classic will be directed by Melia Bensussen (Awake and Sing!, Luck of the Irish), and the play joins the previously announced six titles in the 2016-2017 Season.

Sheffield Theatres today announce that Daniel Evans will step down as Artistic Director. He leaves the company in June 2016, to take over as Artistic Director of Chichester Festival Theatre.

Wish List by Katherine Soper, who currently works in a perfumery on Regent Street in London, was today announced as the winner of the 10th anniversary Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting 2015 - Europe's biggest playwriting prize. She wins a prize of £16,000, and a residency at the Royal Exchange Theatre, Manchester, where today's award ceremony took place and the process towards production begins.

The winner of the Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting 2015 will be announced today 17 November at a ceremony at the Royal Exchange Theatre, Manchester.
