Square One Theatre to Continue 26th Season with THE OUTGOING TIDE

Square One Theatre continues its 26th Anniversary Season with The Outgoing Tide, by Bruce Graham. This new drama hums with dark humor and powerful emotion. Gunner, husband and father, has hatched an unorthodox plan to secure his family's future, but meets with resistance from his wife and son, who have plans of their own. 'Before the tide goes out' - the three must quickly find common ground and come to an understanding.

Bristol Riverside Theatre to Continue Season with Neil Simon's RUMORS

Bristol Riverside Theatre continues the 2015-2016 Season with the Neil Simon farce Rumors, running March 22-April 17.  Directed by Keith Baker, the ensemble cast features Bruce Graham, Leonard Haas, Eleanor Handley, Valerie Leonard, Sean Thompson, Jo Twiss, Danny Vaccaro, Jessica Wagner, and Paul Weagraff.

Passage Theatre Wins 2015 Barrymore Award for Outstanding Ensemble in a Play

Passage Theatre (June Ballinger, Artistic Director; Damion A. Parran, Managing Director), Trenton's only professional theater, won the 2015 Barrymore Award for Outstanding Ensemble in a Play for last season's runaway hit Little Rock. The awards, which honor excellence in theatre, was presented on November 2, by Theatre Philadelphia.

San Diego Rep Production of Greg Kalleres' HONKY to Air on PBS Tomorrow

HONKY by Greg Kalleres received its World Premiere at NYC's Award winning Theatre Company Urban Stages in the spring of 2013. The Urban Stages production, directed by Luke Harlan, received raves, and the play was subsequently remounted later that year. Due to its NY success, HONKY was produced at San Diego Rep and was filmed by PBS and OnStage in America and will receive a landmark presentation tomorrow, November 6, at 10PM (www.pbs.org/onstage-in-america/honky/home/).

URBAN STAGES Announces 20 Shows & 100-Plus Broadway and Cabaret Stars for 12-Day WINTER RHYTHMS 2015, December, 2-13

Urban Stages (Frances Hill, Founding Artistic Director, Peter Napolitano, Producer/Director of Musical Programming) today announced the line-up for this year's Award-Winning Musical event WINTER RHYTHMS 2015, which will begin Wednesday, December 2 and will feature some of New York's best musical performances through December 13, 2015 at Urban Stages Theatre. WINTER RHYTHMS 2015 marks the seventh year that Urban Stages has brought noted musical artists to its stage during the holiday period. The mission of Winter Rhythms is to bring the talents of known and unknown singers, musicians, lyricists and composers to the attention of the New York theater community while performing at Urban Stages Theater. Winner of the 2015 Ruth Kurtzman Benefit Series MAC Award, WINTER RHYTHMS benefits Urban Stages' acclaimed Outreach Program, which brings more than 200 free "arts in education" presentations to libraries and schools throughout the five boroughs. This year's event features 20 shows and more than 100 artists.

Square One Theatre Finds New Home

Tom Holehan, Artistic Director and Richard Pheneger, General Manager of the 26 year-old Square One Theatre Company, announce that the theatre's new location will be at Stratford Academy at Johnson House, an arts magnet school located at 719 Birdseye Street in Stratford, Connecticut, just over a mile beyond its former location. Stratford Academy offers patrons plenty of FREE parking.

Season and Individual Tickets Now Available for Dezart Performs' Expanded 2015/2016 Season

Dezart Performs' eighth season of innovative theatrical works in the Coachella Valley opens on November 13, 2015. Act II Playhouse in Ambler will open its 2015-16 season with According to Goldman by Bruce Graham, beginning Sept. 8. Due to a record number of subscribers, Act II has already extended the show until Oct. 11.
