Yonanda Productions & Piccolo Productions, in association with Wendy Taucher Dance Opera Theater, present KICK, a darkly comic solo play written and performed by Joanna Rush.  Directed by Tony Award nominee Lynne Taylor-Corbett, KICK opens at St. Luke's Theatre, 308 West 46th Street, NYC on Sunday, October 25th at 7 PM for an open-ended engagement.

Asking For It, written and performed by Joanna Rush, under the direction of two-time Tony Award nominee Lynne Taylor-Corbett, will run two invited industry performances in New York City at Theater at St. Luke's, today, May 13th, 3PM & 8PM. Theatre at St. Luke's is located at 308 West 46th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues in New York City.

The 2nd Annual True Romance Fest will return for a thrilling, two-day, outdoor screening and party at the world-famous Safari Inn in Burbank, today and tomorrow, May 1 and 2, where parts of the cult classic True Romance (1993) were filmed. Three performances will take place tonight, February 11th at 4:00pm, and Tuesday, February 12th at 3:00pm and 6:00pm at The Players Loft, 115 MacDougal Street (Third Floor).

When I first saw Marie Jones's play STONES IN HIS POCKETS, I wasn't reviewing, but was working as the Front of House Manager at the Bushnell where Bronson Pinchot was starring in the tour stop there in 2002. About half of the audience left at intermission, most of them asking what the play was about. I couldn't answer. I had no idea myself.

Shakespeare & Company has announced The Conservatory at Shakespeare & Company's winter production of King John, directed by longtime Company artist, and star of this summer's critically acclaimed production of Cassandra Speaks, Tod Randolph. Now in its sixth year, the Conservatory, a 13-week professional actor training program includes 10 - 16 promising actors from across the country and around the globe. This year's program features a group of 16 who will join forces in Shakespeare's rarely produced King John for three special performances in the Tina Packer Playhouse.
