The Tony Awards today announced the full line-up of presenters and performers who are scheduled to take the stage at the 64th Annual Tony Awards at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. The 2010 Tony Awards will air live on CBS, on Sunday, June 13th 8:00 - 11:00 p.m. (ET/PT time delay) and are presented by the Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing.
Tony Award nominee Jennifer Damiano will play her final performance as Natalie in the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning musical Next to Normal on Sunday, July 18 at 7:30p.m. As previously announced, Tony Award winner Alice Ripley and two-time Tony Award nominee Brian d'Arcy James will also play their final performance on that date. Meghann Fahy will assume the role of Natalie on Monday, July 19th.

Monday, May 17, Tony Award nominee Brian d'Arcy James returned to the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning musical Next to Normal for a special limited engagement. d'Arcy James was the original 'Dan Goodman' in the Second Stage Theatre off-Broadway production of the acclaimed musical, and took on the role of 'Shrek' in Shrek: The Musical as Next to Normal continued it's development in workshop and at the Arena Stage in Washington D.C.
On Saturday, June 5 Skidmore College will present Nelle Nugent, one of the producers of the Tony nominated Best Play TIME STANDS STILL, the 2010 Distinguished Achievement Award. The award will be presented in a private ceremony held at the campus' Arthur Zankel Music Center.

The New York Times is reporting that real-life married couple Marrin Mazzie and Jason Danieley will be taking over the lead roles in Next to Normal on July 19th. This will mark the couple's first on-stage pairing in a Broadway show.

The Tony Awards today announced their line-up of performances for the 64th Annual Tony Awards Telecast on Sunday, June 13th. The show will be packed with entertainment from start to finish including a phenomenal opening and performances by Tony-nominated Best Musicals American Idiot, Fela!, Memphis and Million Dollar Quartet as well as the Tony-nominated Best Musical Revivals La Cage aux Folles featuring Kelsey Grammer, A Little Night Music featuring Catherine Zeta-Jones and Ragtime. Next To Normal's Brian d'Arcy James and South Pacific's Kelli O'Hara, who formerly costarred in Broadway's Sweet Smell of Success, are set to star in the Keen Company's world premiere reading of 'And Then I Wrote 'The Music Man' on June 16 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre. The reading, part of the company's 10th Annual Benefit, will be directed by Carl Forsman and will feature musical direction and accompaniment by Brian Cimmet.

On Monday, May 24, Northwestern University students, faculty, alumni and theatre professionals from across the country will sing (and a few will dance) the praises of School of Communication theatre faculty member Dominic Missimi's 30 years of service. The star-studded benefit performance also launches the University's new Dominic Missimi Fund for Music Theatre.
