THE BOOK OF MORMON, the new Broadway musical from the creators of "South Park" and the co-creator of Avenue Q, announces a lottery ticket policy today.
In a New York Times feature out today, BOOK OF MORMON's Ropert Lopez, Trey Parker and Matt Stone take the public inside the rehearsal room of the production and admit that when it comes to MORMON, they are all a little bit 'reckless.' Says Parker: 'We're just not scared...and not like in an ‘Awesome, we're fearless' way. We're just reckless.'
In response to news media requests, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has issued the following statement regarding the upcoming Broadway musical, THE BOOK OF MORMON.
'The production may attempt to entertain audiences for an evening, but the Book of Mormon as a volume of scripture will change people's lives forever by bringing them closer to Christ.'
