Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater will kick-off a five-week holiday season on November 28th with a star-studded gala benefit performance at New York City Center and party at the Hilton New York. Academy award-winning actress and comedienne Mo'Nique will serve as the evening's Honorary Chair and Alvin Ailey's timeless masterpiece Revelations will be sung live with special celebrity guests onstage.

The Actors Fund and The Hollywood Museum (formerly The Max Factor Museum), will host a memorial for one of the entertainment industry's greatest publicists and industry insiders, who passed in early August. A lobby exhibit will be designed to highlight the remarkable career of the man who many have referred to as the guardian of the Golden Era of Hollywood.

Dale Olson, One of the entertainment industry's greatest Publicists passed away this morning, August 9, 2012, at the Burbank Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center after a long battle with cancer. He was 78.

Bernadette Peters, one of the greatest living Broadway superstars, will headline the first opening gala, Once Upon a Dream, at ZACH's new Topfer Theatre Sept. 27. The illustrious actress, winner of two Tony Awards, three Drama Desk Awards, and a Golden Globe Award, is known for iconic stage roles in Gypsy, Song and Dance, and Annie Get Your Gun among many others. Her performance at ZACH's gala will include a 30-piece orchestra of Austin musicians.
