The Drilling Company's TWO GENTLEMEN OF VERONA to Open Bryant Park Shakespeare Season

In Shakespeare's First Folio edition, 'The Two Gentlemen of Verona' opens with Valentine leaving Verona for Milan to finish his education, leaving his friend Proteus at home to woo Julia. The Drilling Company's version, which opens the second season of Bryant Park Shakespeare, is set in NYC's Little Italy and Shakespeare's two cities are transformed into two rival New York restaurants. This free Shakespeare production will be in Bryant Park, where food kiosks serve affordable meals, capacious rest rooms are close at hand and seating on bistro chairs is guaranteed for everyone. Best of all, there will be no waiting in line for tickets.

MTV announced today the return of “America's Best Dance Crew” (“ABDC”) and premiere dates for two returning series “Catfish: The TV Show” and “Finding Carter.” The announcements were among those made today by Susanne Daniels, President of MTV Programming, during the network's presentation at the Winter 2015 Television Critics Association Press Tour.

Obvious statement: relationships are hard. Like, real hard. But throw in some out-of-sync schedules, mix in a little 'gotta kiss some random person who is not my significant other cause it's my job', and finish it off with anywhere from hundreds to thousands of miles between the two of you, and it becomes near impossible. Hence, the long distance relationship is born. AKA the LDR, as us peeps in the business say. Or maybe only I do. Or maybe I just made that up because I type with three fingers and I'm already getting tired.

The role was originated by and is still currently played by Liz Gericitano who is stepping out for her real life wedding.

What began as a twelve show revival of My Big Gay Italian Wedding, has now become the Wedding and the Funeral running in rep till the end of the year. My Big Gay Italian Wedding will play every Saturday at 8pm and My Big Gay Italian Funeral will play every Sunday at 7pm till December 29th, 2013. My Big Gay Italian Wedding will also celebrate its ten year anniversary on November 2nd, 2013 with a very special performance.
