Revival of David Rabe's HURLYBURLY to End Off-Broadway Run 3/1

Variations Theatre Group's acclaimed production of David Rabe's HURLYBURLY will end its limited run this Saturday, March 1st at The Chain Theatre. The original production of HURLYBURLY took New York by storm in 1984, directed by Mike Nichols. Although the long-running Broadway hit was presented in three acts, David Rabe pared his script into a leaner two-act version for the 2005 Off-Broadway revival starring Ethan Hawke and Bobby Cannavale. It is this revised version which is presented by Variations Theatre Group by special arrangement with the playwright.

Variations Theatre Group is presenting a rare New York City revival of David Rabe's HURLYBURLY at The Chain Theatre. Opening Night is tomorrow (Wednesday) at 7 PM. The original production of HURLYBURLY took New York by storm in 1984, directed by Mike Nichols. MosesMogilee Productions is proud to present its inaugural Off-Broadway production of Ghosts of Provincetown: Two One-Act Plays, which will be playing four performances in Stage 5 of Off-Broadway's premiere theatrical complex, New World Stages. The show will open on Wednesday, September 2 and run through Saturday, September 5th. All four performances, Wednesday-Saturday, will have an 8:00pm curtain.
