Rodney Hicks Returns to 'Rent' with New-Comers Bennet & Jay

The producers of Rent, winner of the Tony Award for Best Musical and the Pulitzer Prize, have announced that Declan Bennett and Harley Jay will assume the roles of Roger and Mark in the long-running Broadway hit on Monday, October 8, joining original cast member Rodney Hicks who has returned to the show in the role of Benny.

Casting is now complete for the off-Broadway premiere of Charles Busch's acclaimed comedy Die Mommie Die! Produced by Bob Boyett and Daryl Roth, and directed by Carl Andress, Die Mommie Die! begins preview performances on Wednesday October 10 at New World Stages (340 W. 50th St.). Opening Night is Sunday October 21 at 7PM. This limited Off-Broadway engagement ends on Sunday February 17, 2008.
