Steinway & Sons has announced that Markus Gottschlich has been added to the roster of Steinway Artists, a select and prestigious group of pianists who have chosen to perform exclusively on The Family of Steinway-Designed pianos.

Cass Dillon, the highly sought after musician/actor from Long Island, NY is announcing several concert appearances in the New York area and movie roles set for release in Spring/Summer 2014.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Alexa Ray Joel, the 28-year-old singer/songwriter and daughter of Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley, fainted onstage during a show at Cafe Carlyle on April 14. Now, Showbiz411 writes that Joel will return to the venue on June 24 and 28 to make up for the lost performance.
