Rachael Sage to Join Howard Jones on Spring 2017 Tour

Award-winning singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Rachael Sage will be joining iconic synth-pop pioneer and hitmaker Howard Jones on the U.K. leg of his 2017 Spring Tour. Sage has often named Jones as one of her most beloved artists and a seminal influence on her songwriting, and while she has rarely covered other artists' music, she used to perform his songs including "No One Is To Blame" at her regular solo piano gig while attending Stanford University.

In 1975, A Chorus Line took Broadway by storm and ran a then astonishing fifteen years, at that time the longest running musical in history. Featured in that original brilliant company was a diminutive powerhouse named Kay Cole as Maggie. In the song “At The Ballet,” composer Marvin Hamlisch wrote her one of the greatest money notes in history and when Kay hit it it was like the heavens opened – it was a great Broadway voice of incredible purity and power, but also subtlety and nuance.

The Madison Square Garden Company just announced the unprecedented 40th consecutive show by legendary musician and MSG franchise Billy Joel. The Friday, April 14th show is part of his residency at The World's Most Famous Arena which began in January 2014 with Joel playing one show per month at The Garden as part of the Spectrum Concert Series. The April show will be Joel's 86th all-time performance at The Garden.
