Firehouse Theatre and TheatreLAB to Present HEATHERS THE MUSICAL

What's your damage? Based on the classic 1989 cult-favorite film, HEATHERS: THE MUSICAL is the darkly delicious story of a brainy, beautiful teenage misfit who finds herself in the most powerful and ruthless clique at Westerberg High -- the Heathers. But before she can get comfortable on the peak of the high school food chain her mysterious boyfriend has a plan to put the Heathers in their place -- six feet under. HEATHER: THE MUSICAL is sexy, sassy, laugh-out-loud funny, and is guaranteed to blow you away.

BWW Reviews: PATTI ISSUES in Richmond

When PATTI ISSUES opened off-Broadway in 2012, Ben Rimalower took to the Duplex stage to tell his own personal story-a story that's as fiercely emotional and heartrending as it is witty and entertaining. Nevertheless, it was his story to tell. With Carol Piersol and Richmond Triangle Players' production of the autobiographical off-Broadway success, acclaimed Richmond performer and director Billy Christopher Maupin dives into Rimalower's shoes, and it works, for the most part.
