Firehouse Theatre and TheatreLAB to Present HEATHERS THE MUSICAL
What's your damage? Based on the classic 1989 cult-favorite film, HEATHERS: THE MUSICAL is the darkly delicious story of a brainy, beautiful teenage misfit who finds herself in the most powerful and ruthless clique at Westerberg High -- the Heathers. But before she can get comfortable on the peak of the high school food chain her mysterious boyfriend has a plan to put the Heathers in their place -- six feet under. HEATHER: THE MUSICAL is sexy, sassy, laugh-out-loud funny, and is guaranteed to blow you away.
HEATHERS is a co-production of Firehouse Theatre and TheatreLAB. Performances are at Firehouse. Previews are Friday, June 23; Saturday, June 24; Thursday, June 29; and Friday, June 30 at 7:30 pm. Press opening is scheduled for Saturday, July 1 at 7:30 pm. The full performance schedule will be released in the coming weeks.
The cast of HEATHERS: THE MUSICAL includes Carmen Wiley (Veronica Sawyer), Christie Jackson (Heather Chandler), Kathy Oh (Heather Duke), Michaela Nicole (Heather McNamara), Adam Valentine (JD), Leanna Hicks (Martha), Steven Martella (Ram), Caleb Wade (Kurt), Casey Daniel (Mrs. Fleming), Eddie Webster (Ram's dad/Veronica's dad/Principal), and Billy Christopher Maupin (Kurt's dad/JD's dad/Coach). The Ensemble includes Mitchell Ashe, Benjamin Brackley, Meg Carnahan, Hanna Clinton, Madison Hatfield, and Cooper Sved.
