Marin Theatre Company will close their run of Equivocation May 2. Bay Area theater lovers will have the rare chance to see the Bay Area premiere of Bill Cain's dazzling new play EQUIVOCATION at Marin Theatre Company (MTC) next spring concurrent with its Off-Broadway premiere at Manhattan Theatre Club (also known as MTC).

Elizabeth Marvel Leads MTC's THAT FACE; Premieres 4/29

Lynne Meadow (Artistic Director) and Barry Grove (Executive Producer) have announced the Manhattan Theatre Club production of Polly Stenham's THAT FACE will be directed by Sarah Benson (Blasted, Artistic Director of Soho Rep) and will feature three-time Obie winner Elizabeth Marvel (Top Girls, 50 Words). THAT FACE will begin previews on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at MTC at New York City Center - Stage I for a Tuesday, May 18, 2010 opening night.

Marin Theatre Company is pleased to announce that the American Theatre Critics Association (ATCA) has named Equivocation by Bill Cain winner of the 2010 Harold and Mimi Steinberg/ATCA New Play Award, which recognizes the best scripts premiered professionally in 2009 outside of New York City.
