The star-studded special, held on the historic Stage 15 on the Sony Lot in Culver City, was the highest-rated and most-watched TV Land Awards since 2004 among the network's key demos of: Adults 25-54, Adults 40-54, Women 25-54 and among total viewers. TV Land announced today that it has greenlit 10 episodes of the original sitcom 'Retired At 35' starring esteemed comedy and drama actor George Segal. The sitcom is a TV Land PRIME original production and is the network's second venture into scripted comedy series along with 'Hot in Cleveland,' which premieres on June 16, 2010. Chris Case ('Reba,' 'Spin City') is the writer for 'Retired at 35' and serves as an executive producer. Michael Hanel and Mindy Schultheis ('Rita Rocks,' 'Reba,' 'Titus') are also executive producers.
