This Thursday, December 15th, BROADWAY SESSIONS welcomes back past guests to share their favorite holiday tunes as part of its annual All-Star Holiday Show!

IN TRANSIT, Broadway's first a cappella musical officially opened last night, December 11, at Circle in the Square Theatre (235 West 50th Street). BroadwayWorld was there for the special night and you can check out photos from the red carpet arrivals below!

This Halloween, Monday October 31st, 42 Seven Productions in conjunction with IndieFork, and W NY Times Square bring a new Halloween experience to life. FRIGHT NIGHT is a Halloween experience that will bring you thrilling Halloween tunes, some Rocky Horror classics, complete with a costume contest, and some trick or treat trivia, everything you need for a Broadway Halloween. Ben Cameron from the Broadway smash Wicked, and host of the long running hit 'Broadway Sessions,' will emcee the experience. The show will feature some of Broadway's best including Betsy Struxness (Hamilton), Colin Cunliffe (Pippin), Matt DeAngelis (Once), Eric LaJuan Summers (Motown), Chadae Nichol McAlister (Motown), David Larsen (The Book of Mormon), Mary Page Nance (Finding Neverland), Megan Lewis (If/Then), recording artist Molly Roth, and Nik Walker (Hamilton). FRIGHT NIGHT: A ROCK HORROR HALLOWEEN EXPERIENCE is not just a concert, Ben Cameron and Company bring you a truly interactive Halloween Experience.

Announced this morning are additional performances by newcomer Ruby Lewis (Paramour) and long-time main stem favorite Eric Anderson (Waitress, The Last Ship, Rocky).

Just last night, a chapter in Broadway musical history came to a close as Lin-Manuel Miranda, 2016 Tony Award winner Leslie Odom Jr. (Aaron Burr) and Phillipa Soo (Eliza Hamilton) all played their final performances in Hamilton. Feinstein's/54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, which is presenting 54 Celebrates The Neil Simon Theatre, on June 29th, 2016, has added Emmy Award winning director Lonny Price to the star-studded event. Mr. Price was seen on the Neil Simon stage in original production of Stephen Sondheim & George Furth's Merrily We Roll Along. Since then he has become an accomplished director of both theatre and television.

Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. The 2016 Fred and Adele Astaire Awards gala was held just last night, May 16, to honor outstanding dance and choreography on Broadway, off-Broadway, and in film, at the NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts (566 LaGuardia Place).
