Nowhere was the power of the arts more profoundly championed than at the 2nd Annual Arts for Autism Concert, where Broadway Superstar Kelli O'Hara returned to host the 2nd annual benefit to raise money and awareness for Autism Speaks. BroadwayWorld has photos from the event below!

Alicia Krakauer, a born and bred New Yorker, is an actress and singer/songwriter. She holds a BFA from Syracuse University, and an MA from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London, both in musical theatre.

Just announced, Daniel Koek's West End Story will feature special guest Betsy Struxness.

BroadwayWorld has exclusively learned that Roundabout produced a reading of ME AND THE GIRLS with music and lyrics by Noel Coward, book and direction by Douglas Carter Beane, from a short story by Noel Coward last week at Pearl Studios. The reading included Alan Cumming as George Banks, Cory Michael Smith as Ron, Lesli Margherita as Mavis.

On May 7, 2017, at 3:00PM, the Greenwich Village Orchestra, led by Music Director and Conductor Barbara Yahr, will close its 30th anniversary season at Washington Irving Campus Auditorium (at 17th St. and Irving Place) with a pops concert, Broadway Downtown, featuring performances by guest artists and Broadway stars Grasan Kingsberry (The Color Purple, Motown The Musical, Nice Work if You Can Get It, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Aida) and Betsy Struxness (Hamilton, Matilda, Memphis, Wicked).

This Halloween, Monday October 31st, 42 Seven Productions in conjunction with IndieFork, and W NY Times Square bring a new Halloween experience to life. FRIGHT NIGHT is a Halloween experience that will bring you thrilling Halloween tunes, some Rocky Horror classics, complete with a costume contest, and some trick or treat trivia, everything you need for a Broadway Halloween. Ben Cameron from the Broadway smash Wicked, and host of the long running hit 'Broadway Sessions,' will emcee the experience. The show will feature some of Broadway's best including Betsy Struxness (Hamilton), Colin Cunliffe (Pippin), Matt DeAngelis (Once), Eric LaJuan Summers (Motown), Chadae Nichol McAlister (Motown), David Larsen (The Book of Mormon), Mary Page Nance (Finding Neverland), Megan Lewis (If/Then), recording artist Molly Roth, and Nik Walker (Hamilton). Announced this morning are additional performances by newcomer Ruby Lewis (Paramour) and long-time main stem favorite Eric Anderson (Waitress, The Last Ship, Rocky).

Just last night, a chapter in Broadway musical history came to a close as Lin-Manuel Miranda, 2016 Tony Award winner Leslie Odom Jr. (Aaron Burr) and Phillipa Soo (Eliza Hamilton) all played their final performances in Hamilton.
