Betsy Struxness to Guest Star in Daniel Koek's WEST END STORY at Feinstein's/54 Below

Just announced, Daniel Koek's West End Story will feature special guest Betsy Struxness.

Betsy Struxness has spent many of her last years on Broadway originating such works as Hamilton (u/s Angelica) from the workshop to Broadway and Matilda (u/s Mrs. Wormwood). Other Broadway credits include Scandalous, Leap of Faith (u/s Sam) , Memphis (u/s Gladys), and Wicked. Betsy was also in the companies of Wicked (u/s Nessarose) in Chicago and San Francisco as well as on the 1st National Tour of All Shook Up. She can be seen in the Emmy award winning episode "So Did the Fat Lady" of the tv series Louie, as well as Broad City and The Onion News Network. Betsy has appeared on the TONY awards numerous times as well as the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Grammy Awards. When she's not working, you can usually find her somewhere around the world taking photographs. Daniel Koek is an international artist who has made a name for himself in London's West End, as well as Australia and some of he greatest theaters in Europe.

After 180 theatres, 7 leading ladies and a rather worn suitcase, acclaimed tenor Daniel Koek is here at Feinstein's/54 Below to present an enthralling evening of songs and stories from the last decade.

Life has been hectic recently for Daniel, whilst performing leading roles in some of the world's biggest productions including West Side Story, Chess and South Pacific. Daniel had made his way through 9 grueling auditions to be awarded the Iconic role of Jean Valjean in the West End production of Les Misérables, and at 32 this made him one of the youngest men to have played the part. To much anticipation he also has just recorded his second studio album HiGH.

An evening not to be missed, Daniel's show charts his transformation from SA Opera's Young Artist 2003 to one of Australia and the UK's best leading men. A sung through timeline of Dan's career highlighting how a country boy with a big dream made it to the top!
