Chicago Danztheatre Ensemble (CDE) continues its 16th Season of Disconnect | Redirect, on March 10th, with the premiere and debut of a new full-length work by Artistic Director, Sara Maslanka.

The Agency Theater Collective's spring production is the world premiere of Skin For Skin, written by Paul Pasulka and directed by Michael Menendian, running now through April 2, at the Rivendell Theatre, 5779 N. 2013 First Night Honoree Jamey Green leads the cast of Act Too Pro's production of Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka, opening Tuesday night, October 18, at the historic Franklin Theatre. Running through October 23, Willy Wonka follows the critically acclaimed Act Too Pro debut production of Mary Poppins, which played to capacity crowds in 2015.

True to their social justice mission of 'Performance With A Purpose,' CDE creates change through one voice, one story, one person at a time with BINDIS AND BRUISES and ENCUENTROS. From creator Priya Narayan, Bindis and Bruises is a dance and theater production bringing awareness and hope around domestic violence and sexual abuse; a piece that highlights the abuse while providing solutions of change. The dance piece incorporates classical Indian dances such as Bharatanatyam and Kathak, which incorporate storytelling of Hindu religious stories.
