Primary Stages presents the third production of it's 2007-2008 season, the world premiere of the play Hunting and Gathering by Brooke Berman, directed by Leigh Silverman (Well). The 4-member cast features Michael Chernus (Essential Self Defense) as Astor, Mamie Gummer (The Water's Edge) as Bess, Keira Naughton (The Rivals) as Ruth, and Jeremy Shamos (Gutenberg! The Musical!) as Jesse.

Play Company Premieres 'Bad Jazz' by Farquhar, Opens Nov.11

The Play Company kicks off its 2007-2008 season with the American premiere of Bad Jazz by Robert Farquhar. Directed by Trip Cullman, Bad Jazz will play a limited Off-Broadway run through Sunday, November 25 at the Ohio Theatre (66 Wooster Street). Official opening is set for Sunday, November 11 at 7PM.

Stadelmann Replaces Marshall-Green in 'Rag and Bone'

Due to a scheduling conflict, Logan Marshall-Green has dropped out of the upcoming production of Rag and Bone at Rattlestick Playwrights Theater. Replacing him is Matthew Stadelmann. Performances will now begin Tuesday, November 13, 2007. Opening night is Tuesday, November 20 at 7PM. The show will run through Sunday, December 16, 2007.

Prepare Ye: 'Godspell' Returns to Broadway Summer 2008

Producer Adam Epstein (Cry-Baby, Hairspray) announced today that the landmark rock musical Godspell is scheduled to begin performances on Broadway in the summer of 2008 at a Shubert Theatre to be announced.

Chlumsky, Reinders, Etc. to Lead 'Life of a Size Zero'
