In his one man show, Michael Pope tells the true story of fulfilling fantasies at a phone sex hotline in the Empire State Building. After cashing in on the sale of his bike messenger company and narrowly surviving misadventures in the streets, rooftops and skyscrapers of yesterday's New York City, Pope builds a devoted following of men (and eventually women) to underwrite his lifelong dream of becoming a filmmaker.

Casting has been announced for the NYMF production of SWING STATE which will star Morgan Weed (currently in RENT at New World Stages, Saved and Next to Normal Off-Broadway) and Jed Resnick (Avenue Q on Broadway and currently in the Off-Broadway cast at New World Stages) at the 45th St. Theatre Mainstage from July 20th-29th. Set in Ohio, SWING STATE follows the unpredictable relationship that develops between Kindergarten teacher and Born Again Christian Bonnie (Weed) and her chiropractor Neil (Resnick), a gay atheist who arrives in Ohio fresh from New York City.

Milwaukee's Summerfest happens June 27 - July 1 and July 3 - 8, 2012. New Line Theatre, 'the Bad Boy of Musical Theatre,' will close its 21st season May31-June 23, 2012, with HIGH FIDELITY, the funny, rowdy, emotional rock musical that garnered positive reviews in New Line's 2008 production, the first production of the show after its Broadway run.

Next week, alt favorite Ben Folds rocks out in Raleigh in a two-night return to the North Carolina Symphony. The North Carolina native and pop music guru on the hit reality television show The Sing-Off joins the Symphony and Associate Conductor Sarah Hicks for two different concert programs on Thursday and Friday, March 22-23.

The two veterans of the Broadway and television worlds will bring their unique experience and vision to The Webby Awards. Hailed as the 'Internet's highest honor' by The New York Times, this year's Webbys will take place on Monday, May 21, 2012, at The Hammerstein Ballroom, in New York.

Wililam Shatner's SHATNER'S WORLD: WE JUST LIVE IN IT opens today, February 14, and will play through March 4 at the Music Box Theater on Broadway before embarking on a national tour. A statement from the producers said: 'The two-hour show will take audiences on a voyage through Shatner's life and career, from Shakespearean stage actor to internationally known icon and raconteur.'
