HelikonRep announced that it will produce the world premiere of THE SUN EXPERIMENT, by NYTW Emerging Playwright of Color CATHERINE YU, at the 18th annual New York International Fringe Festival. Inspired by Shakespeare's Twelfth Nightand named for 20th century philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein's theory on the rotation of the sun, THE SUN EXPERIMENT will be directed by HelikonRep Artistic Director and Drama League Directing FellowELENA HEYMAN.

TotalRecall Publications Inc. announced today the publication of debut novel 'Grown Men Don't Cry' by B.W. DeCaro, which compellingly portrays life with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder through two reuniting childhood buddies. One is a Marine returning from his third tour of duty in Iraq with a bad case of PTSD and the other, now a father, never left their small town and has OCD and a family history of mental illness that threatens to overwhelm him. Circumstances bring the two men back together again in a way that could help them both find some peace.

The Brown University/Trinity Rep MFA Programs presents Thornton Wilder's profoundly philosophical and epic comedic-drama, The Skin of Our Teeth, directed by Taibi Magar (Brown/Trinity Rep MFA Programs '14). Propelling through time and place, the Antrobus family perseveres against an ice age, politics, and world war, only to discover that some things never change. A raw awakening to the depths of human survival, The Skin of our Teeth, exposes the meaning behind faith and the nature behind what it truly means to be a family.
