The 29th Annual Colleagues Spring Luncheon and Oscar de la Renta will present award-winning actress and best-selling author Carol Burnett with The Colleagues Champion of Children Award, which honors those who have made a lasting impact on the lives of children.

The 28TH Annual Colleagues Spring Luncheon and Oscar de la Renta will honor Emmy nominated actress and producer Roma Downey ('Touched by an Angel,' 'The Bible') with The Colleagues Champion of Children Award, which honors those who have made a lasting impact on the lives of children.  Actress Angie Harmon will be the Master of Ceremonies at the luncheon which benefits the Children's Institute, Inc (CII). 

International charity and educational partner Free The Children, in partnership with Title sponsors Cheerios, Green Giant and Yoplait, announced the second group of names joining the star-studded lineup set to inspire 18,000 students who have earned their way through service to attend the first-ever We Day Minnesota at the Xcel Energy Center on October 8.

The free ticketed concert will take place on the Great Lawn of New York's iconic Central Park, with performances by Stevie Wonder, Kings of Leon, Alicia Keys, and John Mayer on September 28, 2013.
