The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts presents Jekyll & Hyde November 20-25, 2012 in the Kennedy Center Opera House. After four years on Broadway and multiple world-wide tours, this dark and dangerous love story returns in a new production that includes all the classic songs "This is the Moment," "A New Life," and "Someone Like You." Conceived for the stage by Tony and Grammy Award nominee Frank Wildhorn and Steve Cuden, the four-time Tony nominated musical Jekyll & Hyde features a book & lyrics by two-time Oscar winner, Emmy winner and four-time Tony Award nominee Leslie Bricusse, music by Frank Wildhorn, and is directed and choreographed by Tony Award nominee Jeff Calhoun. Starring in the dual title role of Dr. Henry Jekyll and Edward Hyde, American Idol star and Tony Award nominee Constantine Maroulis injects new life into the classic tale of good and evil, along with Grammy nominated R&B artist Deborah Cox. The show, currently on a 25-week national tour, will return to Broadway at the Richard Rodgers Theatre in April 2013. The press opening night will be on Tuesday, November 20 at 7:30 p.m.

According to the show's star, Constantine Maroulis, on Twitter, the Broadway theatre has now been revealed as the Richard Rodgers Theater (currently home to THE GERSHWIN'S PORGY & BESS) with an opening planned for April of 2013.

Nederlander Presentations, Inc. today announced the complete cast for the new production of the international musical sensation JEKYLL & HYDE returning to Broadway in Spring 2013, following a 25-week National Tour.

BROADWAY ROX, a new concert event, recently played Queens Theatre (14 United Nations Avenue South in Flushing Meadows Corona Park). Produced by Nederlander Worldwide Entertainment, BROADWAY ROX celebrated the rock and pop hits of Broadway including songs from Wicked, Jersey Boys, Rent, The Who's Tommy, Mamma Mia, Spring Awakening, Hair, Rock of Ages, Jesus Christ Superstar and many more. The musical evening featured a 5 piece band with music supervision, orchestrations and arrangements by Jason Howland (composer of Little Women) and is directed by Rob Evan and Rich Affannato. Burning Coal Theatre Company continues its 15th season with Man of La Mancha by Darion, Leigh and Wasserman. The production will run February 2 - 19, 2012 at the Murphey School, 224 Polk Street, Raleigh, NC. Performances are Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 pm (February 2 - 4, 9 - 11, 16 - 18, 2012) and Sundays at 2 pm (February 5, 12, 19, 2012). Sunday, February 5 at 2 pm is our 'Pay What You Can' Day.
