The preview engagement of JEKYLL & HYDE celebrated its opening night performance on September 8, 2012, at La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts in La Mirada, Calif. The limited pre-tour engagement will play through September 30, 2012. According to the show's star, Constantine Maroulis, on Twitter, the Broadway theatre has now been revealed as the Richard Rodgers Theater (currently home to THE GERSHWIN'S PORGY & BESS) with an opening planned for April of 2013.

BROADWAY ROX, a new concert event, recently played Queens Theatre (14 United Nations Avenue South in Flushing Meadows Corona Park). Produced by Nederlander Worldwide Entertainment, BROADWAY ROX celebrated the rock and pop hits of Broadway including songs from Wicked, Jersey Boys, Rent, The Who's Tommy, Mamma Mia, Spring Awakening, Hair, Rock of Ages, Jesus Christ Superstar and many more. The musical evening featured a 5 piece band with music supervision, orchestrations and arrangements by Jason Howland (composer of Little Women) and is directed by Rob Evan and Rich Affannato.

Burning Coal Theatre Company continues its 15th season with Man of La Mancha by Darion, Leigh and Wasserman. The production will run February 2 - 19, 2012 at the Murphey School, 224 Polk Street, Raleigh, NC. Performances are Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 pm (February 2 - 4, 9 - 11, 16 - 18, 2012) and Sundays at 2 pm (February 5, 12, 19, 2012). Sunday, February 5 at 2 pm is our 'Pay What You Can' Day.
