With several recent Paper Mill productions having gone on to enjoy runs on Broadway, the question on everyone's mind is whether this new musical has a future on the Great White Way. In a recent article for the Bergen Record, lyricist Heisler explained: 'Broadway is not the goal, a great show is the goal.' The show's composer Goldrich continued: 'We don't get to decide whether it's commercial, We only get to decide whether it sounds good to us. You try to write something you would like to see, and you hope others will, too.'
