With British Summer Time (BST) starting this weekend, Regent's Park Open Air Theatre have today announced casting for Peter Pan (17 May - 15 June), which launches the 2018 summer season in the final year of the First World War Centenary Commemorations. Fiston Barek takes the title role of Peter Pan and Dennis Herdman plays the role of Captain Hook.
Full casting is announced for the Royal Shakespeare Company's (RSC) family winter production of Wendy & Peter Pan. A magical adaptation of JM Barrie's classic novel by Ella Hickson, the show returns to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre following the productions acclaimed success in 2013.
Casting for Regent's Park Open Air Theatre's 2015 production of J.M Barrie's Peter Pan has today been announced, with lead casting for The Seagull and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers also confirmed. The season opens for previews on 15 May.

Last night, Monday 28 July, was the Opening Night of the Gershwins' Porgy and Bess which runs at Regents Park Open Air Theatre until 23 August. After the show, cast, creative team and invited guests enjoyed a summer drink of Canard Duchene Champagne on the lawn of Regents Park Open Air Theatre, accompanied by Belly Pork Croquettes with Roasted Corn Cream and Lemon Cone Trees. The world premiere of Ella Hickson's Wendy & Peter Pan, a fresh new adaptation of the much loved children's classic by JM Barrie has now been fully cast. Directed by Jonathan Munby, this family winter show will open for previews in the Royal Shakespeare Theatre this December.
