The Ringwald Theatre has announced the 4th installment of its wildly popular Gay Play Series (GPS). Last year's outing was attended by hundreds of people over a two weekend period. This year the program will run three consecutive weekends and will feature a two-week run of the past three winning scripts, a serialized staged reading of a beloved classic, a new one-woman show, a brand new cabaret, and performances of 8 new, one act LGBT plays.

The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center is now accepting music theater works applications to be considered for development during the 2013 National Music Theater Conference. Music theater works from applicants for the National Music Theater Conference will be accepted with postmarks from through Tuesday, December 4th, 2012. Early submissions are strongly encouraged.

This year's festival, titled "Open Class: Stanislavsky Continues," honors the 150th birthday of Konstantin Stanislavsky, founder of the Moscow Art Theatre. The A.C.T. M.F.A. Program has the distinguished honor of being the only theater school selected to represent the United States.
