HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING To Play Final Performance on Broadway Sunday, May 20th

The revival of the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical comedy HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING will play its final performance on Sunday, May 20, 2012. The 50th Anniversary production, which recouped its $9 million initial investment in December 2011, will have played 30 preview and 473 regular performances at Broadway's Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street).

The 50th Anniversary production of the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical comedy HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING, will host "University Week: HOW TO SUCCEED In The Arts" from today, April 24 to April 26 at Broadway's Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street).

HOW TO SUCCEED's Tammy Blanchard To Appear on Lifetime and CBS

Emmy Award winner and Tony Award nominee Tammy Blanchard will star opposite Kristin Davis in the original Lifetime TV movie "Of Two Minds." Blanchard plays Davis' younger sister who is dealing with schizophrenia. "Of Two Minds" premieres on Lifetime network on Saturday, March 10, at 8pm.

It was an 'Ugly Betty' reunion at HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING when Tony nominee Vanessa Williams stopped by the Al Hirschfeld Theatre to see Michael Urie as 'Bud Frump' in the show. The actress posted the photo on her WhoSay page, with the caption: 'Backstage w my best #UglyBetty pal @michaelurie starring on broadway in #How2SucceedInBusinessWithoutReallyTrying. Josie Lawrence and Gay Soper join Louise Gold and Caroline Quentin to take on the role of Pippin's grandmother Berthe in the Menier Chocolate Factory's production of Pippin, a colourful, imaginative and darkly humorous coming-of-age story with music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, The Baker's Wife, Godspell) and book by Roger O. Hirson.

Michael Urie to Join HOW TO SUCCEED... as 'Bud Frump' January 2012

The producers of the 50th Anniversary production of the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical comedy HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING announced today that star of stage and television, Michael Urie ("Ugly Betty," The Temperamentals) will make his Broadway debut as Bud Frump, beginning Tuesday, January 24, 2012, for 6 months through Sunday, July 1, 2012. Urie will co-star with Nick Jonas and Beau Bridges. Urie replaces Christopher J. Hanke, who will play his last performance on Sunday, January 22, 2012 alongside Darren Criss. Tickets for Urie's engagement in HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING are now on sale.
