The Actors Fund's Jock Duncan Celebri-TEE Golf & Tennis Outing on Monday, July 22 2013, at the historic Knickerbocker Country Club in Tenafly, New Jersey will include a day of golf and tennis with big names in entertainment, all joining together to raise funds for The Actors Fund's Lillian Booth Actors Home in Englewood, NJ. The event, now in its third year, is named for The Actors Fund's former treasurer Jock Duncan, who served as a Fund trustee for 13 years.

High school vocalists from New York and Connecticut will compete on Saturday, June 15 at a regional for the Great American Songbook Vocal Academy & Competition. Sponsored by the Michael Feinstein Great American Songbook Initiative, the annual endeavor is the only U.S. competition dedicated solely to the music from Broadway, Hollywood musicals and the Tin Pan Alley era of the early to mid-twentieth century.

On March 8, 2013, The New York Pops continued its 30th season with an evening of swinging favorites in Luck Be a Lady: Megan Hilty Sings Sinatra and More. Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke led the orchestra as it tipped its hat to the Rat Pack, Ella Fitzgerald, Marilyn Monroe, and other stars from the golden age of entertainment. The performance featured Megan Hilty, Broadway singer and star of the television show Smash, and Ryan Silverman, one of Broadway's favorite leading men. Broadway's tallest tapper takes to the city's smallest stage, dancing, singing and tale-telling through 50 years of big time showmanship, all on only 4 square feet! The Fred Ebb Foundation (Mitchell Bernard, Trustee) in association with the Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) will present the eighth annual Fred Ebb Award for aspiring musical theatre songwriters to Sam Willmott. The award, named in honor of the late award-winning lyricist Fred Ebb, will be presented by David Hyde Pierce tonight, November 26th from 6-8pm at a by-invitation-only ceremony in the Penthouse Lobby of The American Airlines Theater.

FEINSTEIN'S AT LOEWS REGENCY opens its Summer 2012 season with the return of the acclaimed brothers Will & Anthony Nunziata. For their show, they will be celebrating the release of their debut CD 'Make Someone Happy' while putting their fresh stamp on the best of Broadway and classic pop standards. Will & Anthony's songs include fresh arrangements of 'Make Someone Happy,' 'The Way You Look Tonight,' 'The Prayer,' 'Once in a Lifetime' and 'Everybody Says Don't.' The show runs from tonight, July 10 to July 14 at the Loews Regency Hotel (540 Park Avenue at 61st Street).
