Big Gay Italian Trilogy Creator Anthony J. Wilkinson Lands Daytime Emmy Nomination for Best Supporting Actor

More commonly known for creating the Big Gay Italian Franchise which began with “My Big Gay Italian Wedding” Off-Broadway back in 2003, Wilkinson actually began his career as a Production Associate and then Associate Director at the long running Daytime Drama “One Life to Live.” During his fifteen years working behind the scenes he earned one Daytime Emmy for being part of the Editing Team back in 2007 and two more for being part of the Directing Team in 2008 and 2009. Wilkinson left the soaps in 2009 when “My Big Gay Italian Wedding” began running on an Equity contract doing five performances a week at St. Luke's Theater.
