The Kennedy Center today announced casting for Terrence McNally's The Lisbon Traviata. The play will star Malcolm Gets as Stephen, John Glover as Mendy, and Chris Hartl as Paul and will run March 20 to April 11, 2010 in the Kennedy Center Terrace Theater.

Dusk Rings a Bell, written by Stephen Belber will be performed at Atlantic Stage 2 as Atlantic Theater Company's final production of the season. The play will be directed by Sam Gold and will run May 19-June 20. Performances take place Tuesday-Saturday at 7:30 PM and Saturday and Sunday at 2:30 PM.

Tocqueville Restaurant and Eating Their Words, the one-of-a-kind company that blends the performing and culinary arts, announce the exquisite menu for their special Valentine's Day lunch event. Tocqueville and Eating Their Words' October collaboration was a sold-out success. For this intimate holiday event, Tocqueville's Executive Chef and owner, Marco Moreira, joins forces with playwrights Theresa Rebeck (Pulitzer finalist, Mauritius), Jonathan Marc Sherman (Things We Want), and Sam Forman (The Rise and Fall of Annie Hall). Three original plays, performed between the courses they inspired, are brought to life by Tony Award nominee Isabel Keating (The Boy from Oz), Christopher Evan Welch (Festen, Vicky Cristina Barcelona), Austin Lysy (The American Plan), and Aya Cash (Killers and Other Family). Red Elevator Productions' TOO LITTLE TOO LATE, an evening of original and premiere short plays, will close on February 14, 2010.
Aya Cash, Isabel Keating, Austin Lysy, and Christopher Evan Welch will be a part of the Valentine's Day presentation of EATING THEIR WORDS. The event will take place at Tocqueville Restaurant and will present a menu with each course based on one of three different plays. The plays will be presented in tandem with the different courses. Marlo Hunter will direct the evening.
Rattlestick Playwrights Theater will conclude its 15th Anniversary season with the world premiere of The Aliens, by Annie Baker (Circle Mirror Transformation, Body Awareness). Directed by Sam Gold (Circle Mirror Transformation, Rag and Bone), performances begin Wednesday, April 14th, 2010. Opening night is Thursday, April 22nd at 7pm. The show is scheduled to run through Sunday, May 23rd, 2010.
