T. Schreiber Theatre (TST) proudly presents 'The Fourth Annual Schreiber Shorts: An Evening of One Acts' January 25th and runs through February 11th. The 10-minute play series will feature works by 10 playwrights, selected from nearly 1000 submissions in a nationwide playwriting competition. Curated and produced by Halle Morse and Megan Grace, 'The Schreiber Shorts' marks the second production of TST' 2016-17 season. Performances are Wednesdays-Sundays at 8:00pm at the Gloria Maddox Theatre (151 West 26th Street, 7th Floor). Tickets are $15: tschreiber.org/shorts

Thommie Retter (Billy Elliot) and Retter Entertainment ring in the holidays for the HOW MANY consecutive year with This Way To Broadway Live: Jingle Jam!, an original musical/song and dance showcase for audiences of all ages on Sunday, December 4 at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. at the Marjorie S. Deane Little Theatre, 10 West 64th Street. The show brings together talented kid performers from the stage and screen-many of whom have already appeared on Broadway and on tour-and others who are Broadway bound. The script was penned by mother/daughter writing team Sheryl Berk and Carrie Berk (Peace, Love & Cupcakes: The Musical; Fashion Academy: The Musical) with original songs by Thommie Retter and Rick Hip-Flores (In Transit; Fun Home; Billy Elliot). BroadwayWorld was able to snap some photos of the event's rehearsal!

The Ziegfeld Society of New York City will present LEGACY ON THE LINE: The Road to Becoming a Rockette, the final production of their 2015-2016 season, on Saturday June 25th, 2016. Presented in association with Legacy 36, LCC, the multi-autobiographical musical revue starring The Legacy Dancers, directed and choreographed by Mary Six Rupert, will take place at Lang Recital Hall, Hunter College (68th Street between Park and Lexington Avenue), and tickets for the 3:30pm and 6:30pm performances are now on sale.

The Ziegfeld Society will present A SALUTE TO ROCKETTE HISTORY II today, March 15th, an original musical revue which tells the history of the precision dance line founded in 1925 by choreographer Russell Markert, inspired by The Tiller Girls in THE ZIEFELD FOLLIES OF 1922, and their evolution from their early beginnings as The Missouri Rockets to the Roxyettes to the now legendary Rockettes. The production will have musical direction by Mark York (musical director of Jim Dale's upcoming Roundabout production JUST JIM DALE), written. directed and choreographed by former Rockettes Mary Six Rupert and Karyn Tomczak.
