Cafe Carlyle will welcome back GRAMMY Award-winner Steve Tyrell for a two-week engagement, May 6-17. Celebrating his 10th anniversary at the legendary venue, the singer returns with a new show, The Great American Songwriter, featuring the songs of Dorothy Fields, Oscar Hammerstein, Sammy Cahn, Rodgers & Hart, Cole Porter and more. Joining Tyrell on stage will be musical director Quinn Johnson (piano), David Finck (bass), Bob Mann (guitar), Kevin Winard (drums) and Jon Allen (keyboards).

Under the leadership of Houston Symphony Associate Conductor Robert Franz, Tyrell and the orchestra will perform American standards like 'You're So Nice to Come Home To,' 'The Way You Look Tonight' and 'I Get a Kick Out of You,' to name just a few. L.A. Deli, a new comedy by Sam Bobrick, has been set for the Marilyn Monroe Theatre in West Hollywood, helmed by award-winning director Walter Painter. L.A. Deli will play two preview performances on Friday, March 21 at 8pm and Saturday, March 22 at 3pm, with opening set for Saturday, March 22 at 8pm. The limited engagement will run through April 27 only.
