The team behind the world premiere of Bring It On: The Musical is an extraordinarily rare union of some of Broadway's most acclaimed, award-winning, young creators. With an original book by Tony Award® winner Jeff Whitty (Avenue Q), music and lyrics by Tony Award®-winning composerLin-Manuel Miranda (In the Heights), music by Pulitzer and Tony Award®-winning composer Tom Kitt (next to normal) and lyrics by Broadway lyricist Amanda Green (High Fidelity), the production is directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Andy Blankenbuehler (In the Heights). '9 to 5' is a campy evening of harmless fun and 15 original toe-tapping ditties supplied by Miss Parton herself. It's nowhere near a perfect show, but for a strong dose of women power, this tour is a sure bet.

Due to the unprecedented snow and ice in Atlanta, the dangerous road conditions caused by severe weather, and the closure of the Woodruff Arts Center since Monday, we are cancelling this Saturday evening's first preview performance of Bring It On: The Musical. Previews will now begin Sunday, January 16th with performances at 2:30pm and 7:30pm.
