BEDLAM has just announced that Kimberly Pau Boston has been named BEDLAM's new Managing Director. Additionally, Kelley Curran is now starring as Elinor in BEDLAM's critically acclaimed production of SENSE & SENSIBITY which is extended through Sunday, November 20, 2016, at The Gym at Judson (243 Thompson Street).

The cast is set for the Young Vic Production of Arthur Miller's "A View From the Bridge" produced by Center Theatre Group at the Ahmanson Theatre. Directed by Ivo van Hove, "A View From the Bridge" will begin previews on September 7, with the opening set for September 14, 2016. Performances continue through October 16. The cast includes, in alphabetical order, Danny Binstock, Catherine Combs, Alex Esola, Andrus Nichols, Howard W. Overshown, Dave Register, Thomas Jay Ryan and Frederick Weller. The scenic and lighting design is by Jan Versweyveld, costumes are by An D'Huys and sound is by Tom Gibbons. The production stage manager is David S. The 20th Annual Independent Reviewers of New England (IRNE) Awards were held on April 11 at the Holiday Inn Boston/Brookline. Founded by Beverly Creasey of the Journal Newspapers and Larry Stark of the TheaterMirror in 1997, the IRNE Awards recognize the extraordinary wealth of talent in the Boston theatre community. 

The Independent Reviewers of New England (IRNE) today announced the nominees for the 20th Annual IRNE Awards, which honors the best of the previous year's actors, directors, choreographers, designers and companies across the full spectrum of large, mid-size and fringe theater companies.

Bedlam announced that they will open their 2015/2016 season with the world premiere of NEW YORK ANIMALS, a new play by two-time Tony Award winner Steven Sater (Spring Awakening) with music by six-time Grammy Award winner and three-time Academy Award winner Burt Bacharach, and directed by Eric Tucker.
