On last night's TONIGHT SHOW STARRING JIMMY FALLON, Jimmy talked to Girls star and Tony nominee Andrew Rannells about his latest Broadway project, taking over the lead role in Hedwig and the Angry Inch.

Tony Award nominee Andrew Rannells, who is currently in rehearsals to take over the title role in the Tony Award winning revival of HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH, will appear on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" tonight at 11:35 PM on NBC (WNBC/Channel 4).

Andrew Rannells, who will replace Tony winner Neil Patrick Harris as Hedwig, an East German transgender rock star in Broadway's Hedwig and the Angry Inch beginning August 20th, will stop by NBC's Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon tonight, August 13th. Taylor Swift and musical guest Ryan Adams will also appear on the episode.

Broadway leading man and multi-media crossover star Andrew Rannells takes over for 2014 Tony Award-winning Best Actor In A Musical, Neil Patrick Harris, in the gender-bending title role of multi-award-winning rock musical HEDWIG & THE ANGRY INCH and a look at the new art installed at the Belasco Theatre is now available to view.

In honor of the current Tony Award-winning Broadway production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Chef Yigit Pura announced today a limited edition Hedwig and the Angry Inch-inspired macaron. Featuring a flavor profile provided by recent Tony Award winner and current star of the Broadway production, Neil Patrick Harris, the macaron -- called "Hedwig Schmidt" after the title character -- features a bourbon-orange marmalade ganache with a brandied cherry center, covered in edible red glitter. The limited-edition "Hedwig Schmidt" macaron will be available beginning Monday, August 11 at Tout Sweet Patisserie (Macy's Union Square, 170 O'Farrell St., 3rd Floor) as well as online at www.toutsweetsf.com.
