Dramatists Guild Foundation to Honor Sheldon Harnick At Gala

The Dramatists Guild Foundation (DGF) will honor writer, lyricist and composer Sheldon Harnick at their annual DGF Gala on Monday, November 12 at Manhattan Center in NYC. In addition to celebrating one of American theater's most-beloved creators, the evening will shine a light on two esteemed patrons of the arts: Estee Lauder Companies' Executive Group President John Demsey and Chairman of Douglas Elliman's Retail Group Faith Hope Consolo.

Jared Gertner And Rory O'Malley Join Benefit Reading of YOU'RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN

Broadway stars Jared Gertner and Rory O'Malley have joined the previously announced Skylar Astin, Barrett Foa, Carly Hughes, and Tracie Thoms for a one night only concert/staged reading of You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown that will benefit PAWS/LA, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit agency serving people and pets in need now celebrating its 30th Anniversary. With book, music, and lyrics by Clark Gesner and directed by Randy Brenner, the musical director is Jake Anthony and Andrew Carlberg serves as producer.

BWW Review: THE ADDAMS FAMILY at Theatre Three

Leave it to Theatre Three in Port Jefferson to turn a snoozer on Broadway into a hit musical comedy on Long Island. Their latest production is 'The Addams Family' and it is funny, fabulous and pure nostalgia! Gomez, Morticia, and all of your favorite creepy crawlies are scaring up Port Jeff and getting their spook on for Wednesday Addams' nuptials.

Musical director is Jake Anthony and Andrew Carlberg is the producer.
