It's Saturday, and that means it's time for BroadwayWorld's 'Saturday Intermission Pics' roundup!

Pentatonix's Kirstin Maldonado and other outstanding artists from the worlds of Broadway, television, film and other mediums will come together on Monday, November 3, 2014 at 7:30 PM for the fourth annual Broadway Unlocked Give Back Concert an interactive, livestreamed benefit concert celebrating the work of the Crime Victims Treatment Center (CVTC) of St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital. The event will take place at WNYC / New York Public Radio's The Greene Space (44 Charlton Street at Varick Street).

Honest Accomplice Theatre's THE BIRDS & THE BEES: UNABRIDGED is returning to Lower East Side's University Settlement to build on last year's debut success to explore new themes in female and trans sexuality. THE BIRDS & THE BEES: UNABRIDGED explores the unique -- yet interwoven -- life circumstances of eight women & trans people forced to confront their own sexuality, realizing that sexuality itself is not simple or clear-cut. Through dialogue, movement, song, humor, and multimedia, the performance examines such themes as partner communication, sexual identity, the de-sexualization of aging women, today's 'hook-up' culture, and sexual health.

(@KeenanBlogger) and Max von Essen (@MaxizPad), dedicated performers and excited fans, now you can see for yourself. Three years ago, Keenan-Bolger, then in Mary Poppins, and von Essen, then in Xanadu, started the trend.

Academy, Emmy and TONY Award winner Ellen Burstyn (Picnic, 'Requiem for a Dream'), TONY Award winner Jefferson Mays (A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, I Am My Own Wife), TONY Award nominee Jessica Hecht (King Lear, A View from the Bridge), and New York favorites Tracee Chimo (Lips Together Teeth Apart, Bad Jews) and Steven Boyer (King Lear, Hand to God) have all been photographed for The Creative Faces Project. The 13th Street Repertory Theater will offer talkbacks--in which audience members can ask any questions they like of the actors, playwright, and choreographers-after select performances of ASCAP award-winner Chip Deffaa's new musical comedy, "Theater Boys." The show-about actors auditioning for a gay musical--opens Sunday, September 21st. Talkbacks will held after the following performances: Sunday, September 21st at 3 p.m; Thursday, September 25th at 7 pm; Sunday, September 28th at 3 p.m.; Thursday, October 2nd at 7 pm; Sunday, October 5th at 3 p.m.; Thursday, Oct 9th at 7 pm; Sunday, October 12th at 3 p.m; Thursday October 16th at 7 p.m.; Thursday, October 23rd at 7 pm; Sunday, October 26th at 3 pm.

Described as equal parts James Taylor and Stephen Sondheim, Chris Miller and Nathan Tysen's songs have been performed everywhere from East Village folk clubs, to Off-Broadway theaters, to Sesame Street. The concert featureed some of Broadway's best performers singing never-before-heard material from Tuck Everlasting, which premieres at the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta this winter. The concert also included favorite tunes from The Burnt Part Boys, and The Mysteries of Harris Burdick.

Topics discussed include her two Broadway heartbreaks: being cast as a replacement in the role of Hatchet Face Mona in CRY BABY, but never even making it into rehearsal because the show closed just after previews; and being cast as an understudy in ENRON, but never making it to the stage because the show suffered a similar fate.
