Directed by Jesse R. Gephart and starring Chris Maxwell as Hedwig and Lydia D. Kinton as Yitzhak, 'Hedwig and the Angry Inch' is the final show in RLT's 15/16 season. The play replaces 'Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson' and runs May 1 - 17 in the Gaddy-Goodwin Theatre.

Jeff Church directs Cock opening April 25 on the stage of the Jerome Stage in the Unicorn Theatre at 3828 Main in Kansas City, Mo. Mike Bartlett, playwright of An Intervention, Chariots of Fire, and Earthquakes in London, wrote the British comedy about identity and sexuality. Due to adult subject matter and language, Cock is suggested for mature audiences.

American Psycho is heading to Broadway! According to an Equity casting notice, producers David Johnson, Jesse Singer, Jeffrey Richards, and Jerry Frankel plan to begin Broadway previews in mid-February 2016, with a mid-March 2016 opening. Rehearsals will begin in January. Casting has not yet been announced.

The Public Theater announced a special 40th anniversary tribute to A CHORUS LINE on Thursday, April 16 in honor of the first performance of this legendary musical that premiered in The Public's Newman Theater 40 years ago and went on to make musical theater history.

Theatre for a New Audience, Jeffrey Horowitz, Founding Artistic Director, will present as its fourth production of the season the New York premiere of Fiasco Theater's The Two Gentlemen of Verona by William Shakespeare, directed by Jessie Austrian and Ben Steinfeld, beginning previews at Polonsky Shakespeare Center, 262 Ashland Place, on Friday, April 24, at 7:30pm for an opening on Thursday, April 30, at 7:00pm. The Two Gentlemen of Verona runs through May 24.

The Broadway Green Alliance (BGA) has announced the winner of the first College Green Captain prize to Travis Blackwell, the Green Captain at the University of Memphis who won for his greening efforts at the college's theatre department. Travis is in his third year at Memphis working towards his BFA in Theatre Design and Technical Production with an Emphasis in Stage Management.
