WaterTower Theatre Producing Artistic Director Terry Martin is set to direct the Michele Riml comedy SEXY LAUNDRY, which will be presented on the Main Stage November 20 - December 13, 2015. Veteran actors Wendy Welch and Bob Hess will co-star as Alice and Henry.

Due to critical acclaim and popular demand, Playwrights Horizons has announced a second extension of their New York premiere production of HIR, a new play by Obie Award-winning theater artist Taylor Mac (A 24-Decade History of Popular Music, The Lily's Revenge, The Walk Across America for Mother Earth, The Be(a)st of Taylor Mac, The Young Ladies Of).

AMERICAN PSYCHO just announced that Tony Award-winner Alice Ripley(Next to Normal), Tony Award nominee Jennifer Damiano (Next to Normal) and Helene Yorke (Bullets over Broadway, 'Masters of Sex') will join previously announced Benjamin Walker (Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson) in the cast of the highly-anticipated musical. Directed by Rupert Goold (King Charles III), AMERICAN PSYCHO, based on the novel by Bret Easton Ellis, has music and lyrics by Tony and Grammy Award-winner Duncan Sheik, a book by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa ('Glee') and choreography by Lynne Page (La Cage Aux Folles).

New Line Theatre, 'the bad boy of musical theatre,' announces casting for the fourth show in their season, Andrew Lloyd Webber's one-woman, one-act musical TELL ME ON A SUNDAY, running August 11-27, 2016, in the company's new home, the Marcelle Theater, the new blackbox theatre space in Grand Center, St. Louis' arts district.   

Hartford Stage will present Dan O'Brien's bold, radically theatrical and poetic true story, The Body of an American, with direction by Jo Bonney and featuring Michael Crane and Michael Cumpsty, from January 7-31, 2016.

Signature Theatre has announced the cast of WEST SIDE STORY, directed by Signature Associate Artistic Director Matthew Gardiner (Signature's Sunday in the Park with George, Cabaret). The musical, a collaboration of music, dance and theater giants Leonard Bernstein, Stephen Sondheim, Jerome Robbins and Arthur Laurents, is considered by some to be one of the greatest musicals of all time. Dr. Sue Clifton and Sara Dulaney Pugh, co-authors of the novel, Through the Eyes of Angel Leigh, will be appearing on the new A&E TV series "Cursed: The Bell Witch" which premiered this week Oct 26th on A&E. The Bell Witch is a Southern folk legend involving a poltergeist haunting of the Bell family in Adams, Tennessee. The first book written about the event was in 1894. An Authenticated History of the Bell Witch by Martin van Buren Ingram. Over the years, many books and investigations have been made of the Bell Witch, including one by president Andrew Jackson. There have been several movies and TV episodes based on the event, and heavy metal bands using the name, also. Dr. Sue Clifton worked as a teacher and administrator in Canada, New Zealand, Mississippi, Alaska, and on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation in Montana. She is now retired and a full-time author. Sara Delaney Pugh has been communicating with the dead since the age of three. She doesn't consider herself a "medium" but more of a messenger. She is currently known as Angel Leigh. The Authors' novel, Through The Eyes of Angel Leigh, was released by Double Dragon Publishing in October, 2015.
