New York Live Arts (Live Arts) to present the New York City premiere of discrete figures by Japanese companies Rhizomatiks Research and ELEVENPLAY, and American media artist Kyle McDonald, May 8-11, 2019. The performance will be the mainstage highlight of Live Arts' annual interdisciplinary festival Live Ideas, this year exploring Artificial Intelligence and titled Live Ideas 2019 - AI: Are You Brave Enough for The Brave New World?, May 8-12, 2019. Five live female dancers execute choreography with machine learning technology on a stage designed for interactivity between performers, drones, and Artificial Intelligence, in the quest for a new palette of movement to foster undiscovered modes of expressive dance that transcend the limits of conventional human subjectivity and emotional expression.

Voyage Theater Company/PARTS UNKNOWN Play Reading Series will present a staged reading of Sphinx by British playwright Neil Fleming, directed by Wayne Maugans, at the 53rd Street New York Public Library (18 W 53 Street, across the street from MOMA), Thur February 21 at 7pm. Parthenia, New York's premiere viol consort, will be in concert on Wednesday, March 13 at 8:00 PM, performing Music in the Age of Tintoretto - Artist of Renaissance Venice, at The Church of Saint Luke in the Fields, 487 Hudson Street in Manhattan.

The 2018-19 Hoff-Barthelson Music School Faculty Concert Series concludes on Friday, March 8, 2019, at 7:30 pm with "Women Composers Over the Centuries" in recognition of Women's History Month. The concert takes place at the School, 25 School Lane, Scarsdale.

The 2018-2019 Hoff-Barthelson Music School Master Class Series commences this March with world-renowned musicians pianist Jerome Lowenthal, Saturday, March 2, 2019, at 2:00 pm; cellist Natasha Brofsky, Thursday, March 7, 2019, at 7:30 pm; and violinist Daniel Phillips, Saturday, March 23, 2:00 pm. Following a 36-city world tour, Ailey II returns to NYU Skirball from March 13 – 17 for its annual New York season during Ailey's 60th Anniversary celebration.
