Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter and international music superstar Jennifer Nettles will soon make her Broadway debut as 'Roxie Hart' in Chicago. On January 6th and 17th, Amy Spanger brings her first solo show to 54 Below. The 9:30pm shows are in collaboration with her partner, musical whiz-kid Kris Kukul, Amy is proud to present THIS MUST BE THE PLACE, an evening of pop, music theater, rock, country, R&B and candid storytelling.

Last August, the 12.14 Foundation premiered Michael Unger and Eric Svejcar's A ROCKIN' Midsummer Night's Dream. This week, the new musical comes to New York City at 54 BELOW. With a ton of energy and some serious vocal talent, the kids involved with the 12.14 Foundation and the Broadway vetted adults bring fabulous new life to William Shakespeare's classic tale of love and fairy mischief.

At nineteen, Amy Spanger announced to her parents that she was moving to New York because "these legs won?t last forever." At twenty-one she did. With a two thousand dollar loan, a shared one-bedroom in Harlem, and a job waiting tables, she made a promise to herself: "I will make it on Broadway within the next three years."
